The return-to-duty RTD process is based on your successful completion of the SAP recommendation and a follow-up assessment.
The next step would be a new return-to-duty RTD drug test to be conducted by your new or old employer. YOUR EMPLOYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO ENTER YOUR NEW TEST RESULTS INTO the Clearinghouse.
Your return-to-duty will include a 12-month follow-up recommendation for a minimum of 6 random drug tests. The recommendation may include an aftercare program or 12-step meetings. It is essential that you follow through with all the recommendations.
